I'm anxious to take MX vs ATV All Out for a spin.

I like the things I heard in this clip:

I haven't tried the Monster Energy game.  I'll wait and pick it up on sale.  I almost bought it but it seemed like it had too many bugs at launch.

Good video - RonRon gained a bit of weight, eh?

RE: Monster Energy Supercross
I'm looking forward to the Trophy Girls that I've seen so far.

This guy shows cool features for multiple saved riding gear & bike skins.

He also mentions different physics settings... but not much detail.

He finally shows the track editor @ 14 min 30 sec

IMO, from what I've seen it is a modern version of the SX editor from MCM1 !!!

Would be amazing to crack open MxVsAtv All Out and be able to create a community of tracks and skins again.

There have been subtle hints by the devs that it could be doable. Does anyone have any plans to have a crack at it?

If it's possible I plan on developing out a community site to host everything, I own the domain 'TheMotoEmpire.com', for old times sake it's been waiting for the right game to bring back "The Empire"

:)

As of now, I'm 99% sure that the skin/model replacing part will be possible because since Nordic is using Unreal Engine 4 now it'll be built up the same way as the Milestone games, and for those who don't know, Milestone games are fairly easy to mod. Unfortunately only replacing... Adding new stuff is out of my range.

The Monster Energy Supercross track editor looks pretty cool.  If it goes on sale I'll buy it.

So far I have mixed feelings about MVA All Out.  It is pretty fun but like every version before it, it is too "floaty" in the air.  Monster Energy Supercross looks like it also suffers from floating gravity physics as well.  I realize that they are "arcade" racers, but fixing the gravity would be a huge improvement to all of these games, and seems like a pretty simple thing to fix in the grand scheme of the physics model.  That said I'm not a programmer so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.

So far the online play in All Out has been horrible. Constantly booted from games.  Bad lag issues. And some races with no sound for most of he race.

I've got about an hour playing MES and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised how fun it is to play. The floating air physics and lack of air control suck, as I thought it would, but the rest of the game is absolutely awesome. The bike physics on the ground are without a doubt the best I have played and the track deformation is excellent. And of course the graphics are light years beyond those of All Out.  I haven't played any online multiplayer yet and I'm curious how that will go, but I t certainly can't be any worse than All Out's Online gameplay, because it is horrible.  It looks like there are a ton of user created tracks already available, which can be good and bad. If there are a lot of crappy tracks it will be a pain to find the good ones that may exist.

If you haven't bought this game yet I would recommend you use the discount I linked above and grab it, because it is a lot of fun to play.

I played MES for several hours tonight.  It is pretty addictive single player.  I played one online multiplayer race (there was only one going online) and it was pretty fun, but they had a bunch of AI riders so it is hard to know what a race would be like with only real players.

I also played with the track editor for about an hour or so. It is pretty cool but it is lacking some track "pieces" (for lack of a better word).  They don't have any "step up" track pieces.  Every jump type starts and ends at the base elevation, so some replicas would be impossible to make.  Hopefully they will expand the editor to include some step up type pieces.

I did not play any custom tracks yet.
