MX vs. ATV Reflex Track tool and beta track slots help

I just recently got a computer and am new to all this computer game stuff. I downloaded the reflex track tool to add tracks and have downloaded a few from reflex-central.com, however some of them both go to the same beta slot and i dont know how to change it. Also, in the game, when im selecting a track from the beta slots, they are all out of order, so beta slot 1 doesnt come first. Its very annoying when trying to find a track becasue i cant just go over 3 then click i have to search. All the tracks work fine other than that, but if anyone can help with those two issues thatd be great. Thanks.
