I don't understand why they say that the Reflex physics code is gone/lost forever.  Isn't it right there in the Reflex game code on thousands of computers?     Personally I think if they would have made the clutch actually do something in Reflex it would have been darn near perfect.  I hate Encore.  The bike spins around way to quickly in the air.  It reminds me of MX Mania.

Thats also what I thought.. I'm not a game dev but when you compare the game files [Reflex/Encore] you can basically see the "same" files.. And as we know, Laurie, Jamie were able to get accsess to the files so why cant they do it?

It's hard to swallow this notice at least for Reflex fans, in the other hand is it wrong to conclude that since nobody owns these codes anymore, anyone could make another game based on it?
