NEED HELP WITH ISSUE WITH RE INSTALL

I had my game modded on my lap top and then i deleted it to free up some space, how ever if i try to download it onto it again or my desk top it still thinks i have mods but they are not in the files so then i get kicked out of the game, i tried making it so that it did not sync cloud data and that did not work does any one know how i can just start the game fresh and re install all this stuff?

Have you deleted the SaveGame.bxml file in the usersdata folder for Steam. You will find it at either:

for x86 - 32 bit Windows:
C:\Program files\Steam\UserData\xxYourSteamIDxx\55140\remote

for x64 - 64 bit Windows:
C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\UserData\xxYourSteamIDxx\55140\remote

Warning: If you delete this file you will lose all progress and the game will be reset as if you are running it for the first time. You could also try replacing your savegame.bxml file with the one that JamieT has posted on these forums, which unlocks everything so you don't have to start from the beginning.

Cant help with the canvas but I do have a question. Does anyone know where I can get patterns for the seat covers? My wife is also a seamstress and can sew new seat covers IF she can get the patterns.
