Unknown String! error

So when I upload my custom helmet into the game (TLD SE2), it isnt recognised as a TLD helmet and is instead on the list as "unknown string!". does anyone know how to fix this?

I've same Problem.
Additionally the helmet surface is shining very bright.
Can anybody explain how to get normal glossy surface like stock helmets or getting a mat surface?

That would be the "SFX" textures.  I can't remember the specifics so you'll have to play around yourself, but each color channel does a different thing.

I had the same problem, created a new brand for my custom helmet and it worked.

Need help with to get gloss effect in this helmet. I also need help to solve unknown string problem without having to create a new brand
