Is this the 1st time that you started DE?

What else is in the error message with the error code?

What version of windows are you using 64 or 32 bit?

mxalex85

yes first time that i use

" Application cannot starting corectly "

64 bits

That can be because you are missing the nVidia PhysX system installation..

or you have the wrong version of DirectX installed - but since Reflex works on your PC and DE uses the same version, I'm guessing that you have the right one.

Did you donlad the PhysX drivers from nVidia or the graphics card drivers? The PhysX drivers are for doing physics calculations and nothing to do with the graphics drivers. You need the PhysX drivers as well for Digital Earthworks.

You can get the PhysX system from here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.14.0702-driver.html

iv got the same problem on 64bit win10 (posted elsewhere) tried your physx suggestion still the same error as mentioned.

You could try downloading the latest physX system, http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.15.0428-driver.html, but they don't list win10 as supported - that maybe an issue i've read that Win10 has issues with compatibility - maybe this is one of those issues?

didnt work for me :( this is starting to get extremely frustrating

Yeah i can understand that, from my searches it looks like the issue is caused missing files on your system - but right now i don't have a win10 system to test with. Did you try adding the DirectX files from the other thread?
