mva reflex skinning problem

this is a question of sTaTiC, he cant load twisteddirt for some reason so I post it for him.

here's the question:
Hey guys, so I'm starting a MX Vs. ATV Reflex team with some friends. I'm trying to make the skins and I cannot do it. I have the Reflex skin packager and the bmp's but I just cant seem to understand how to do it. I have my idea in mind and the design is simple. Someone who knows what they are  doing could proabably get the gear set done in maybe 10-20minutes (less if its easier then I thought). It might help if sTaTic describes the process so we can see where things are going wrong and then offer advice. Otherwise he is asking for a tutorial, and i don't know if anyone has made one - though he could maybe try this
