Hey everybody! tk_flap here. not sure if anybody remembers me, but i made a ton of tracks, mostly FMX, for mcm1, 2, unleashed.
I switched to mac after unleashed and started playing on PS3. Been playing reflex since it came out and had no idea that TD was back at it and all this crazy modding had started!
So i finally installed Windows on my mac this weekend and started out playin around with DE.

Its all going pretty good, its a lot to take in after not having made a track for probably 7 years.. I love all the possibilities there seem to be with Reflex though!

Anyway, to my question.  Im trying to place the standard FMX ramp, DO_RampFMX.  It obviously has a seperate collision object for it.  On my track, the FIRST ramp i place and use exact the same location figures as the collision object, works perfectly in game.

But every other ramp i place, no matter how spot on the numbers are, the collision gets messed up?

Ive searched but not found this speciffic issue.  I hope someone can help me out!
Stoked to be back in the community though, and stoked to see so many old timers posting!

Oh, and BIG shout out to TD, McMboys and everyone e has contributed to all of this!

Well snap! Some more tinkering before i realised that there was no value to put in for rotation, so as long as you rotate the ramp and anchor at the same time after placing them everything goes great!

I'll leave the topic incase someone else is searching for the same answer + to keep my hello message! GREAT to be back! So stoked!

Welcome back flap,

Sorry i didn't get back in time to help you out. With Supercross just arpund the corner stay tuned for the next installment..  :)

use the "grouped ramp models" from the group tab above the object list.  collision is grouped to the ramp!!

oh man, thanks Al! That made it so much easier! Awesome.

And hi Lauire!  its great to be back.. older, wiser and excited!  I just wish i randomly surfed in on TD to check on it earlier!
