Not sure what you mean by getting them to match but i'm guessing you have see through gaps around the edge of the tiles. If you are not smoothing when you load (which is ugly but works) then you need to make sure that left and right lines of pixels in your DispMap match each other exactly and also the Top and bottom lines match each other - like copy then from one side to the other. Also all 4 corners must be the same color gray because all tiles meet at the corners. This must be true for both the track tile and the perimeter tile, and they must also match each other so you should really have a 1 pixel ring or pixels around the edge of the track tile and the perimeter that are all the same.

So with the perimeter tile set the 4 corner pixels to the same color, then copy the rightmost line of pixels to the left and the top line of pixels to the bottom. Create a selction 1 pixel wide around the outside of the perimeter tile and copy it to the track map.

This really is where you should start from to make sure they tile together without any gaps but you should still be able to work it out after the maps are designed so long as you haven't got to out there with edge mismatch during the design.

If you have smoothing on then it might screw this all up anyway. If you only have small gaps around the edge then there is a weld button in D2 on the Terrain tab which will automatically adjust the edges for you so they match but you will get weird effects if the gap is too big.
