BlackBean has announced the official FIM Motocross World Championship videogame. MUD The Game features the MX1 and MX2 championships, including all the teams and all the world-wide-known bikers and the amazing 2011 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations.

The game features 3 official competitions, 12 locations and all the sponsors of the 2011 championship; 32 official teams from the MX1 and MX2 and 84 real riders. The 16 national teams, 48 riders and bikes (with all the suits and liveries of the different national teams) including worldwide champions of the United States are included within the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations 2011. Other features are:

Two modes: MUD World Tour motocross racing & freestyle Monster Energy Trick Battle
- Advanced motorbike physics and animations
- Real-Time terrain deformation
- Photo mode
- Online ranking system

Yes, the game that never seems to come out, as usual I have high hopes, everybody is already trashing the animations but I'll keep an open mind till I get a chance to try it!

there is several vids on there website of game play. the graphics are looking great, but the phisics, scrub and boost is way too arcade at the moment.  lets hope they fix those early beta phisics and make it easy to mod

Unfortunately; they missed on the latest WRC and Stars V8 racing.... but I'll remain open minded as well!  Hope they either update yearly or add tracks!

Hey  folks, this is out and for PS3 Region Free.... has anyone tried it?  Reviews seem mediocre at best!

you can try the demo for free on the ps3 store.
in my opinion its way too arcade, on par with moto racer (playstation 1) for phisics and is probably aimed at the under 10 year olds market. The graphics are good but not as good as reflex.  id love to buy it and support it, but after playing mx simulator and reflex its just not interisting for a die hard mxgamer like me. its just too bad to buy. 2/10

Well I fell for it, ordered it for PS3 on eVay... 50 US and then tried demo as I finally got setup w/an overseas account!  Your correct Bob, PITIFUL

Looks ok, sounds suck... but the control is partorst paart.  left and right steering only and the X button is the so called Scrub and its like turbo boost... press X to whip/scrub jump and clear a jump!  Hopefully the demo is not final but I bet it is!

Have a look at what the return policy is for the eBay purchase.

You could say that you are an 'old guy' buying it for your grandson, but you bought the wrong game, because you confused 'MUD' for 'DIRT' (the rally car game).

50 USD is a lot of money for that game...
