Anyone ever get together for MCM2 laps? Recovery gone well from my surgery - feelin a bit like tryin some laps of fun with some old friends if possible. I would attach image of Titanium Screws in x-ray but not applicable here.

Well I guess I never really mentioned I quit racing bikes in 1985 because of a car accident that wasted my back. L4-5 got so dehydrated the last couple years the pain and numbness started getting pretty scary. All fixed now, still working out the effects of the surgery but the nerve pains are gone. The last 20 years I couldn't walk on a treadmill - crusin now. I got real motivated last July when I rode a Kevin Windham type 450 Honda.

Not so sure racing dirt will become a reality but by the end of this year I will be back on go-carts. I wish technology 20 years ago was near what it is today. Back then an MRI looked like something of a star trek space image. Now they look like a picture from inside of ya. That, and I started walking bent over like a 100 year old kind of pushed the issue. I am so lucky.


I'll try to e-mail an image of my hardware to you Pete. I couldn't figure how to display it in here. Post it for me please!

I'll also fire up the game (get stick out of storage) and get back to you soon. I would love to do some laps. I bet I miss MCM more than anyone!

Wow, I never knew any of that Kent.  I'm glad to hear you are doing better now though.  Hopefully you will recover to a level that is acceptable to you and you can be as pain free as possible.

Kent, I never knew about your injury from the
past. Let alone that you had to have it fixed up
recently. Glad to hear it's working out for you!!
Sounds like you may be getting a new lease on life.
Is there a new 4fiddy in your future?

 Check out MDX racing. There's racing rooms there for MCM and they are about to release a new recorder. There's also a new track there thats an old track thats new.
