I've loved playing reflex since I first got it on my 360, and bought it again the day it came to PC. I've lurked this site, and have seen all the mods for a while but never tried it myself until yesterday so I am new to modding this game.

My issue seems to only be happening on newer custom tracks, say the 2014 season and up - when the track files look like Beta_Sx_Track_Slot. However most older tracks that have names like Beta_Track_Slot work fine! Simply renaming the tracks to discard the Sx in the title doesn't fix a thing either. The issue is when I load into a beta slot track it brings me to the staging area and immediately crashes, and I am going to the correctly designated track slot, it's just as if the game is not seeing the track there... I have installed the Leaderboards file to the main directory, the save file fix, and all the MXTables files to the database. I do not have the mod that unlocks all the base game tracks in free ride installed because for some reason it crashes my game on load - in when it's trying to get my motocard.

I'm very confused on how to fix this, but I'm dying to play these wonderful looking tracks so any help at all is appreciated!

You need to go to the Digital earthworks download thread and grab the MXTables_DLC008a zip file and install it in the database folder.

That installs the extra slots for the SX and NAT custom tracks..

I actually had that one installed too, do I have to remove the old MXtables files for it to work?

*edit just using the 008a files makes my game crash at loading motocard...

No you need DLC008 and 8a, you might also need the LeaderBoard - can't remember exactly if these are a must have but if you don't have it then add it.

You shouldn't need to remove any files.
