can you help me  convert unleashed tracks to reflex

The only thng that you will be able to convert straight from Unleashed tracks, are the displacement maps. The textures are something you will need to completely re-make. Although, if you have used the 'masking' feature in photoshop to make the unleashed textures, then you can use those to help you make the RGB Mask, that reflex uses for textures.
