I'm glad to see the forums back up, now I'd like to see if all the TD crew is alive and kickin.  Just post in here and say hey and if you have any projects in the works.  :)

Obviously I'm still around.  I really don't have any MCM 2 projects going on that I'm ready to show.

I have recently started racing 1/10 scale Nitro Trucks.   This weekend I started making a replica of my local track using RealRace G2.

I'm still around too, but I'll admit that I don't read every single post.  I basically don't have much time anymore, not even at work.  I keep wanting to start a new track but like I just said, I don't have much time.  It seems like vacations and holidays are good times for me to make tracks (Remember Christmas '03 / New Years '04? That was the last set of tracks for me...).  I will be taking a vacation in a couple weeks so hopefully I can really get going on one...  :)

As far as gaming is concerned, I have been spending time playing games with my 7 year old son Matthew.  We play IP races in MCM2 across the little network I have setup in the house.  We also play ATVORF1/2 on the PS2.  He tried playing my MXU but got pretty frustrated so we left that one until later.

Besides gaming, I still go riding every weekend.  Matthew comes with me occasionally and rides a little quad I bought him.  My other two kids like the quad but are not really into it like he is.  Recently I bought this so that the whole family can come out:

It sure keeps you cool on these hot SoCal summer days! :)

So I guess that's it for me.  I'm still alive and kicking, just spread a little thin on time these days.

The nitro stuff is really fun.  This is the one that I have:

Now I'm trying to decide on a 1/8 four-wheel drive buggy.

Bruce, I used to race Team Assiociated RC10T (electric) was a blast, back in 1992, and 93 I raced Ready race of champions in Nor calif.  I miss those old days when my reflexes where better   LOL

Wow Dave, now that's big! That's gotta be well over 30ft end to end.  Nice. :)  5th wheel, huh?  I didn't want to convert my truck over so I got the pull along.  At 26ft end to end inside the box hopefully it will be big enough.

Yea Jeff, 37 feet, 26 feet of living and 11 foot garage, how does that f-150 pull that? you have a 5.4 I hope, and what trans? 5r100 or 4r70w? oh, I would get another add-on trans cooler, thats the weak link on the 4r70w trans, you have to keep them cool.

VRT_RIDEBLUE

You see this, Twist re skinned it for me .. :P

I guess this is one of the downfalls of not staying in touch (my fault, I'm sure).  I traded in the F-150 and got an F-250 in January '03.  It has the V-10 engine so pulling is not a problem. :)  I drove it for about a year and then bought a cheap, used, Ford Focus with 30k miles on it for $7,400 out the door.  The Focus is what I use to commute back and forth down the 91 to work.
