ElDiablo (Paul)

Hey everyone!

Coming up Friday and Saturday December 7th and 8th my band "RiverGard" will be doing another LIVE Webcast from our gig at Jersey's Sports Cafe in Independence, Missouri. The show starts at 9pm CDT (GMT-6) and the broadcast will go live probably 30 minutes prior to that. It will be audio only as the club has a router that nobody seems to know the password to and the video stream port is blocked. If you are interested in checking it out you can do so by going to www.rivergard.com and clicking the Webcast link in the Main Menu. We will have a chatroom set up for anyone who wants to login and talk to the band during breaks or before the show. We may or may not be able to fill any requests but we'll sure give it a try. Mostly we just want to know who's listening so that we can give you a shout out while onstage. We will also do any dedications you might request.

We are pimping this thing on MySpace and Fubar as well as the main website that handles the webcast www.kchost.net. So we are expecting quite a few listeners. Last time we did this from Jersey's we had people listening in US, Canada, England, Scottland, Ireland, France and Australia. This time around we hope to add a few more countries to the list. We may also syndicate this within the online radio community and I believe KCHost Radio Network will be carrying the stream as well.

I hope to see all of you either just listening or in the chat room next weekend! If you have dial-up, satelite, dsl, or broadband we have a stream for YOU. We have streams set up for all types of connections...so just because you don't have broadband doesn't mean you are S.O.L. so give it a listen. Slower streams will of course carry a bit of lag and so the stream may be behind a bit...but it'll still sound good.

See ya online!  8)
Sincerely,
