Trust me, MCM Fac will be fine, I know for a fact that the moderating part is beeing worked on. And this error with the site now is probably a server problem or something... this can happen to any site Just don't worry, all is gonna be fine soon, it'll be working, all the rippers and *#*#* they uploaded will be gone.
