Problem with xbox 360 controller

Hi guys, i dl'ed MCM2 tonight and got it working (Yay!) on windows 7... but my problem is with my 360 controller i explain:

The controller doesnt seem to react fast enough (i cant preload due to the fact the back - forward isnt fast enough..)

Is there any1 else using a 360 controller?

I still have my old logitech back at home and ill give it a try this weekend to see if it solve the problem!
