When i run project manager it comes up with an error, and says to check log file. the log file says the error is

Not Found -------------->dallasax2.tdf (*Error*)

that is under the Verifying Filesets and Processing Duplicate SLT Files... area

any idea what it is i need to do to fix this? thanks

i think this mean that u dont have the tdf file near the track files or is with other name . (if u have there a tdf file , make sure the name is right, i think must be igual to the name of the other files , but .tdf)
u have build one tdf and save? If u dont have any tdf file u have to build one in armadillo and later u can sett it better in dillotoo 97.4 .
oh tdf is spline (path) of the track.
Long time i dont touch this things.

well it has a spline, but maybe thats what's causing the problem, whenever i make a start funnel for it it always faces the rider the wrong way, could that be the problem? if so how can i fix it? could it be i have a different bike model loaded?

about the bike model load i dont think thats the problem.
try open your track (prj file) in dillotoo 94.7 and go to Spline tab, here u will see your spline, if u dont see it , import it, check the draw closed spline  and sett the start loop start at nº (this is to the gate work).
the spline need a finish line, u can place with Dillotoo 97.4 also.
To move the dot´s ,right clik with the mouse buton on the dot and drag to where u want it.
oh and dont forget export it after u have done the work on it.
If u go open again the track in Armadillo , after u get out of it u need re-open again the prj in Dilloto97.4 to set the start loop start at nº again, because armadillo sometimes set that nº again to 1 ,(if not all times) . Nº1 = no start gate in the track.
