it is just me or does it place the objects to deep into the ground?? or is there a setting that I'm missing??

I never have problems with how it places objects and I make a whole lot of custom objects all the time. Chances are, if you're custom objects are sinking too much...they aren't getting the pivot point set right before being exported with Unibastard. The pivots are SUPPOSED to be set to x y z coordinates of 0-0-0. I've also seen objects with pivots set below 0 (z) where the object looked like it was floating. Dillo Too uses those pivot points to place objects with. If they are wrong you'll have to correct the object placements manually.
