How to upload downloaded tracks , skins , ...etc HELP !!!!!

Hi , i'm new to MCM2 can someone please tell me how to upload new tracks , skins , bikes ..etc  in plain english as i don't know where to sart !

I'm not quite sure what you want to know?

Do you want to install stuff you downloaded?

Hi , yeah sorry diden't make myself very clear  , i have downloaded some tracks but i don't know how to get those tracks on to the game is self ...

unzip  the downloaded files> into the game's folders<  as follows:
Bike skins go into "BIKES"
Rider skins go into "RIDERS"
Track files go into the "TERAFORM" directory
BAJA tracks go into the "BAJA" directory
ENDURO tracks go into the "ENDURO" directory
National tracks go into the "NATIONAL" directory
QUARRIES tracks go into the "QUARRIES" directory
SX tracks go into the "SX" directory
TAGtracks go into the "TAG" directory

So depending on where you installed the game- you install a National track in:
C:\Program Files\Motocross Madness2\TERAFORM\NATIONAL

Track files are *.env
and skins are *.tga
