mini map help

im trying to use a custom mini map but when i bring it into game it doesnt show up, whats the secret to getting it to work??

Save it as a 32 bit tga....

there might be other ways, but that was the problem i had.

How did you go about adding it to the track?

There needs to be the right entries in the Activity files, the file needs to have the right format (32bit as Shano says) and it needs to have the right file path in the PAK file and needs to be mentioned in the MST file. There might be other issues but they are what comes to mind.
