Last question for the night. Is it possible to have too many trees for the application to package? Ive hit a wall and it seems when I compile it for a beta it doesnt update my trees or objects.

Thats probably not a bad idea, but thank you thank you thank you for fixing the bug. Finishing up my latest track as we speak. Theres another error Im getting saying the object (2751) a.k.a. that specific eco system object is out of bounds, it doesnt lock up the application it just throws the error message. Other than that the update is perfect, lots of things added to make track building life much more enjoyable. I really appreciate the effort you guys put into this!

Hey guys! So I've ran across an issue with 8.2.21. I had an ecosystem finished up on my track and then heard about the new version and what was added, so of course I immediately downloaded. Upon loading my track the ecosystem was wiped, every other object stayed, just the trees and bushes. Now I tried loading it manually and it just sits there, so I gave it time to load, aaaaaand I got nothing. So I attempted to create a new ecosystem from scratch, just added a few things here and there and when I go to compile the track it just says "Error saving ecosystem." If anyone has a fix for this I would greatly appreciate it. I never had this problem on previous versions of DE so I have no idea what it could be.

Okay!!! So after my computer would not let me update to windows ten after being on the windows ten preview, I had to reset the hard drive, clean wipe, and start from scratch. Got reflex downloaded again. Now on to the custom track beta slots. I didnt have this problem before, but everytime I attempt to add the beta slot files the game crashes on me. Nothing else is added. Just the leaderboard file (placed in the reflex directory, not the database folder) and the two beta slots in the data base folder. Thats it, game crashes. Need some help!

Im going to assume most people do a screen print while working in DE to capture images of their tracks for when they upload them. Well sure I can do that, except I cant see the actual leaves on the trees so the pictures wouldnt look any good. Any tips on taking pictures for my tack?

I mean I have an objects tab... But all of the trees it provides me with are trees you would use to use for your background outside the track, nothing worth using on track. Ive looked under just about every folder in the objects and have yet to find anything, maybe Im just not looking in the right place?

thats the version I have. Theres no ecosystems tab. So Im stuck with 2d trees, and that aint gonna fly.

So! After reading C4's tutorial, which helped me a great deal... I got to the part where it discussed placing the 3d trees. It asks me to click the tree icon on the left, am I blind? Because I can't seem to find it anywhere. I dont really feel like using the 2d trees in my track. If anyone can help me in locating something as simple as trees I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys!
