Thanks Logany, I'll try fraps, but will I need to buy the full version? I'm happy to purchase if needed. Cheers

I was wondering how to start sessions with people playing on dlc tracks from Reflex Central or Mxmaniacs?

My name on steam is  huck_my_life  if people want to add me. I'm up for running custom nationals and supercross tracks.

Thanks

I just checked the manufacturer, mine's actually a Galax gtx 970, his is EVGA.

I'm getting the exact same issue as with Dirt Twister, the black edges of squares in the lobby.  It improves on most tracks but some tracks still have issues where it intermittently follows you around the track.

On a side note, I watched a YellowS2K vid on youtube and he has upgraded his computer with the same graphics card as myself but seems to have no issue.  He lists his spec in the details:

I'm not sure if any info can be gleaned from that though?

I'll try your settings when I get a chance.  I don't think the parts make any difference although I have tried different tyres but I can't tell any change.

Good luck with finding a fix. I hope something can be done.

I much prefer using the dpad to steer, as I find it more precise than the left thumbstick, but have no idea if it would be possible to swap, I have been using xpadder but it's not great. Is there another way?

I discovered what the problem was, it stopped working after I downloaded a beta for Nvidia Geforce experience. It worked fine after I uninstalled Geforce Experience for anyone who may have future problems.

I do notice a difference with the settings,  I find having hard suspension better as soft seems to bounce around all over the place. I mainly have sticky tyres and 1 bar speed over acceleration. I struggle with sand though,  what settings do you run Junk?

I found a fix by downloading xpadder.

It has been working fine for the last 3 weeks playing reflex, now its not working at all in the game?

I have uninstalled and re installed both reflex and the game pad drivers and still nothing. I am able to calibrate it in control panel, i'm at a loss as to what this could be? any ideas?

Yeah, the drop in fps might not be worth bothering to downgrade. Cheers for the input.

I'm currently using a GTX 970 but the graphic glitch is driving me mad (see "terrain glitch" thread), and my comp is only a few weeks old, so I'm looking to replace this card with an older one which works smoothly with the game. I'm not a techy guy and need some advice with what cards people are using which work fine with the game please. Thanks for any help.

I didn't realise there was an issue with this card before I bought it.  I hope Nvidia release an update to fix any issues.  It seems like they've upset a lot of people.

I wouldn't know where to start with trying different settings in the Nvidia control settings. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue on a new comp with a gtx 970. Some tracks run fine with no tearing, but on Rubicon for example, it's really bad, it follows you all around the track.

I found a thread on the steam forum with other people who have the same issue with this graffix card:
