I'm having trouble starting the setup wizard; I click on it then it doesn't do anything can someone help me!!!!!!

Thanks JamieT. I'll have a go at making a track with your suggestions and i'll as how to put down objects later. My Steam Name is Smurfyevs11. also can you send me a video of how to make a track on GIMP as i have viewed how to make one on photoshop. Thanks Smurfyevs.

How do I make a MX VS ATV REFLEX custom track with objects and make it race able? I have watched some Youtube videos but it doesn't give enough info. What version of Photoshop is recommended?
