Could anyone write a .slt export filter for Zmodeler ? My copy of Milkshape expired and I'm not into spending 25.00 for a program that I don't really like . Plus Zmod 1.07b is still free .

The SDK is not up for download anymore from the site but I have a copy I could send someone if they are willing to try . Without this it looks like I won't even be finishing my first track .

Thanx in advance if anyone can .

Well I'm trying my hand at doing a bike . All I have built so far are trucks and track props . I found a good pic of this so I am going for it . The motor is not real yet . It's just some blocks to mock everything up . Would anyone ride this old thing if I can get Extreme to export it ?



As is it's just under 3800 polys .

Lol naahh , Ive tried it . I cant make heads nor tails of it . I think the problem is that it can do so much , and I can't pick out the few things I want it to do . But thanx anyway . I'll stay with Zmod .

Release date . It's barely in alpha yet if at all . I haven't made any models for it yet . Just conversions mainly . I'll keep you posted .

Track Creators / Hi all.. and my new track

Hey all . Just joined . I've had the game setting around for a while now but I couldn't get it running on XP . I finally got a dual boot setup going and put some of the old dusty stuff on it that didn't like XP . All I had before was the demo and let me say , This game rocks !! Armadillo topped it . After reading through it's quirks , I thought here we go , a file nightmare coming up . But you guys and APM ...man just a few clicks now ...Very nice job on the tools here guys .

I'm new to MCM2 editing but I have built tracks and trucks for 4X4 Evolution 1 & 2 , and Monster Truck Madness 2 . Also a few Zmodeler years under my belt . That's the main 3d program I use . Milkshape does not like Zmods .3ds filter (generates an error)  so I have one more step in the middle . I have an old , non-expiring (just nag screens) version of Deep Exploration that I run it through first , then Milkshape will import it .

OK enough of that . Here are a couple of screenshots of the track that I'm working on . It's called Tin Penny Pass . Custom textures are done and a bunch of custom models coming (I hope) .
