Twisted the refresh rate is set at 60 in monitor properties and and in vid card settings I've Always run 60 with vert sync off and have always had monster preload. I tried the exact same vid card driver with the exact same settings as I have always used on a friends cpu and his fps goes through the roof. What is so different about his cpu? I gave him my exact setup that I have always used and then of course his fps goes crazy 
? its Nvidia 43.51 driver (4800se me) (his 5500 I think) I'm beginning to think it may be the differences in his Monitor that is causing his cpu to act differently then mine.What do ya think>?
