no, i preordered from www.gamestop.com and it said 11/15/04 the day i ordered and today it says 11/22/04 so its released on the 15th maybe but it wont be getting to the stores till the 22nd.

its supposed to be released like yesterday but it seems that it will take a while for it to be shipped all over.... and if you are to preorder it you will recieve it around november 22nd....
