Desktop is set at 1280x1024, In Game1024x768 on a crt monitor running 75 hertz refresh rate. Current setting in game are shadows off, vsync off and motion blur off. In the lobby I easily get 80+ fps, even when i watch someone I get 40+ fps. I have the latest drivers on the nvidia site.

General Discussion MX vs ATV Reflex / Performance Question

Hey everyone i have a quick question here are my pc specs 3.3 ghz dual core 2 gigs of ram nvidia 8800gt best i ever get is 25 fps and 18fps if there are more than 4 people or some of the outdoor track's. I have used the original exe's i have run with v sinc on and off lower resolutions nothing helps. My first thought is bad/quick coding porting it over to pc? xbox 360 is a 933 mhz processor now i realize xbox has the same hardware which fine tuning the game would be easier but it wont play on a machine that is over 3 times faster? Something is wrong here i have posted on there forums all you get are flames and no answers. Thought i would come here and ask you guys for suggestion or possible fixes you have heard.

Hey Bruce, I was having major slow downs running anything MX however I ran some ATV online last night and no performance issues. I was wondering if anyone else could confirm that this might be a MX/MXlite bike only issue? I really love this game and it can be golden if we get a fix to patch controller issues and the performance issues

Alot of the oldies From OTHG TTM and many other teams hang out at http://www.mdxracing.com Ray has just reopened registration as of last night. 3 Recorder tracks contests a week and a Saturday night tournament every Saturday night, tracks for the tourny are posted on thursday so you have 2 days of practice 
we run 2 tracks 3 times each take the best trt from those 3 races on each track. The gate drops 8 pm Pacific time. We had 8 riders last week We would love to see all of you guys over there and run some laps for some good old fashioned fun DUST OFF THAT OLD MCM2 CD and rip it up!!
P.S. Laurie I really like the start gate functions but im having a problem launching on vista i can host on mdx zone and people can join me my router is set to dmz. Keeps telling me cannot initilize lobby I unblocked everything in my firewall I'm thinking its a vista issue but im not sure, has anyone else ran it on vista?
