Hey Paul, sorry bit off topic... but was hoping you could give me info for the Reflex Track Editor... bring me up to speed a bit on Reflex track making. I ran UnCorked and really liked it.. 1 of the best Ive seen... really got me wanting to get back into it.... I haven't made any since MX vs ATV when I remade Stingray's "MAVERICK". Any input would be appreciated...   8)

??? Sorry .. guess Im a little slow anymore... am I understanding this right? You guys are using all old editors for MCM2 and Unleashed to make the tracks and the Beta Compiler to pack and import to Reflex? ???

Hey Pulse... what program is that you are using to edit and view your dmaps?

;D  Right on Bruce.. Im totally stolked you are still working on opening this up.. it's a cool game and all but frankly.. Im already bored with what little the game offers for track selection. I have always been excited to see and enjoyed what users have created and enjoyed creating my own as well. Thanks for your continued efforts at this and look forward to see whatever you come up with.... Peace

Homie dont play that game no mo lmaoalot... Personally my mind has been cookin up a storm...I say we round up a group of like 20-25 of us, consisting of some of the better or best trk maker , equally qualified programmers with at least some kinda of business sense and suave....and develop a game on our own and show them ACME mofos what a REAL game is >:(

8)  hey Phil ... I been Experimenting alot with WIDE multi-line splines in recent months, and I believe
that the problem you are facing is due to your center spline (red line) being placed too far out of center. For instance, you are probably being called back when riding closest to the side that is furthest from the center spline, If ya want I can email a couple pics of a track I am working on now so you can see how I had to run the spline in order to overcome this anomaly

peace dude ;D

The lack of activity make me wonder how much effort we should put forth in keep coming up with modifications/packages.

For example it would be possible to create a package so that all the bikes were replaced with ATV's, snowmobiles, trucks, buggies, etc.  These packages take time, because you would want some variety in the models and they would all need skins.

Bruce

;D ....wowzer ... this all sure sounds great... cant wait to check it out. In regards to DT's example of possibilitiesbout changing all bike models to atvs, buggies, etc ..... any possibilities of applying someones existing bike skins to the new models?  Ahhh or how about beimg able to choose different tires (i.e. paddles, snow studs, etc) ... well.... just a couple thoughts that came to mind... ::)

General Discussion MCM 2 / Re: Very interesting....
September 01, 2005, 05:03:51 PM
:-\ .... interesting thought...  :-\ but how do you apply it to a game that wasnt designed for or capable of using it unless of course you make a whole new game that is? ::)

:o  :-\ :o :-\ lol..... what kinda solution is that? lmao Sorry Cool really dont mean to laugh at your hardships..... but Daaaaaaaamn.... even a thoroughbread polock such as myself knows "help" has more content then that much less a "solution".... besides.... with the way the past few months have been for me.... Im sure you would be surprised what I can laugh at  ::)

Anyways.... Im sure glad you're still around! I just wish these guys could do a lil more to help you with this, like they should, to take some of the burdon off ya. Regardless how great a deal you get in price, your still the paying client and they are still the "paid" service provider, so you're WELL within your rights to expect a lil more from the providers of  that service.... >:(  They need to kick the Foster,  leave the Roos alone, and T.C.B

okokk... k nuff babblin. just 1 last thing to say for all your hard work over the years........
