Hey guys, been a while 
Not sure if anyone remembers me (XF Ace, VTF Ace etc) 

Dirt2 is a great game for a few weeks, unlike MCM2 that lasted years and only got better and better.

If any of you old MCM'ers play on the Xbox, my gamertag is aceholer - add me if you like, I just got MX vs ATV Reflex a few days ago - playing it now

Yeah I guess your right.
On second thought its nothing to laugh about, its sad, really sad.
Think of what the new "MCM"-games would have been like today if they just started developing them the right way - instead of this *#*#* where you can fly planes and *#*#*.

I've played the demo on the Xbox 360 and its just like the other MVA game (I still think MCM2 is better).
Guess nobody in here remembers me, but if anyone does I can tell you i moved on to Xbox after my wife gave me one last xmas:)
It has shown to be surpricingy addictive

As you saw on the page you linked to Apollo made that remake.
I dont remember exactly if its a copy or something he made out of his head, but I think its the latter.

The one you liked to was the arena, but he also made an outdoor version.
The arena was by far the most popular.

P.S. While you are on that page get Apollo's map 'Urban Jungle' (the cover pic with a street and a few houses in the background). Its by far the most spectacular map made for MCM2. Also there he made a arena and a outdoor version.
Ride around and look at the map. The details. Everything. It took him forever to make it.

There is a build-in max FPS in XP and there is a program to fix it.
If i just could remember the name of that program... anyone?

Ahh..!! Guess I totally misunderstood what the MODELS.res file does 

While I'm at it..
Will you make it possible to use the MXU objects in a MCM2 track?

Just an addon to my previous post..:

I loaded in the new MODELS.res that you said changed the physics in a SX game.
My Question is.. Does this file change anything else then the SX physics in a SX event on a MXU track?
