Ive tried to use his stadium, it looks fine when I add in in armadiilo or dillo2 but when i go to game its like its standing on end or something.. whats the trick to making it work?

ur having the same problem as i did! heres the trick

1)place the stadiums normally in armadillo
2)process files in apm
3)open up in dillo2....they will not appear or apper to bee under ground...this is good
4)place rest of objects and bundle!

they will show up normal ingame

Sounds like the model didn't have the XForm Reset and Stack collapsed before it was exported from Max, or maybe it was made facing the wrong axis, since MCM2 and Max use different y and z axis. This would usually show up ok in Dillo but D2 would show it 90 degrees out.
