Title: no ground on dillo
Post by: brenticus44 on February 05, 2005, 03:51:48 AM
Hey im having a big problem with dillo where i import my disp and then apply a stock texture, and nothing happens, and cant even see hights of ground.  All that happens is he goes up if hes on a hill or a jump, yet you cant see the hill, just a transparent ground.  Im running XP and have no idea how to fix this or where to start.   :-\   I hope someone can help.

I had a the same problem a while ago.  Try going into MCM2 and under the advanced options change from siingle pass to dual pass or dual pass to single pass(I'm not sure which one is correct so try the opposite of what you currently have).  Changing that option may solve the problem.

I had the same problem. I dunno how I fixed it really. I just closed dillo, change the name of the disp map, then open dillo again and it was fine. Make sure your disp map is a 24 bit, uncompressed targa file.
