Anyone got any ideas how to fix it?

By memory it looks like you dont have the required system files (Visual Basic 6) installed onto your system for APM to work, does it come up with this error as soon as you open APM?

If so reinstall APM and make sure you have the full install which includes the required files, some files will be asked to be overwritten in XP, click no to these files it ask's to overwrite as for me some of my system files were newer then what APM included. The files that APM needs to run will be installed.

Alot more info about APM here which is included in the zip file - http://www.jeffstrackfiles.com/mcm2files/utils/apm/ArmadilloProjectManager_Help.html
