Looking good so far, the dirt is not to wet as of thurs night, we are going to get wet fri AM into afternoon, but looks good for race day, I saw Nick Wey tonight on my way home from work at Club Moto, he was signing autographs at a local shop I Moto.
I say reed is going to step it up this week, along with Hepler.

I hope Reed can run with RC this week.  Last week looked like it was going to be a great race and then....Oops....Reed went down in the whoops.  Hopefully that won't happen again.

i so wana see CR and RC go at it for 20 laps, i agree with you thor it did look like CR was going to set a move up and i think he looked faster than RC in more parts than RC  but its who crosses the line first in this game lol.

Last week Reed was disapointing me. He should have gone nice and easy and studied RC's lines then on the 15 lap or so make the pass. That would of been ideal instead of trying to pass on the 4th lap.
Hopefully reed and ricky can just battle it out for the win like dodgy said.
I am expecting some great racing

Well...we got what we wanted...and then again, we didn't.  I'm really surprised that Chad couldn't hang with RC.  I know he has the ability, so it's got to be his inner drive.  I think that RC just want's to win more than Chad does.  Until he decides that second place  isn't good enough I don't think he will beat RC any time soon.

i view it the same way chad used to be tottaly pissed with second now hes much calmer he needs his winning drive back but then again the title was his first last year and that ment the world to him.. i hope he hasnt lost his adrenlin to win so soon...

Well, I missed Anaheim Round 3 125cc 's - BUTT - I've seen all the rest...

I am NOT HAPPY with the way Mike LaRocco is almost TOTALLY IGNORED!  I admit - Mike is NOT a good interview, and you'd think he'd have learned something about that by now, but he is still my favorite!  I guess I just have a heart for the underdog...

I seriously hope Mike WINS a few, but I wouldn't mind if he wins the overall with just points!  If he keeps coming up 2, 3 or even 4, and RC, Reed or Windy have - a good crash - a bad start - or - MC or (ANYONE ELSE) scores a win, MIKE WILL BE RIGHT THERE!

Did you notice in the coverage of the first two races, it was all pics and interviews of RC, Reed, Bubba & a little Windy & MC thrown in?  No mention of the ROCK...  at all... I hate that...  so I will just have to sit back and cheer for the ROCK - quietly...

OK, as far as RC - we all know he is FAST but he's sometimes reckless and "on the edge" when he is pressured.  While I do not want to see him get hurt, I'd like to see some bad starts, first turn tangles, a few minor crashes or something so he slows down and we get to see more RACING and less RUN-A-WAYS...

I have to give RC credit for  stepping up to the mic and showing some GREAT interview skills... he is amazing me w/ his ability as a sincere spokes model and his on camera confidence has improved massively!  It is good to see him accept, acknowledge and excel @ his role as "Moto-Ambassador" to the families of America.  The sport needs that.  Let the "bad boy" image stay at the FMX events...

Too bad Bubba got broked-ed... his interviews seemed to expose his fear (to me) with a zoom lens...  I find this really odd... he did the SAME tracks as the 250s on his 125 in the past with nearly the same lap times - no?  He was uber-confident in the past during interviews, but this year he looked and sounded like he was making excuses before the race even started... it made me wonder if some "odds maker" was "fixing" the results and he was just playing along - afraid that his mom would gett her legs broke if he WON a race...

As far as Reed – I think he was only champ last year because RC was out, but I didn't watch hardly any racing last year.  I just don't think Reed has the edge. Plus, I just don't like him for some reason... maybe he just strikes me as a MC wannabee' and nothing more... I kinda' see him searching for his own identity... I think he acts like a non-person... like that blonde (Hillary Duff?) on Joan of Arcadia a week or two ago... she didn't even know what kind of desert she likes... she just did what everyone else told her... like Chad...

Anyhoo - Windy seems to be pretty hit & miss and I can't say he'll really BE THERE at the end of the season... he's pretty good w/ his interview skills, lap times, but seems constantly burdened by "outside influences" effecting his race concentration...  he is saying some of the right things in his interviews though... and he does have a mind of his own – it just seems like he's is looking in some other direction...

GO MIKE!

sorry to tell ya but the sport focuses on who makes it money who makes it on tv the most who the lil kids run to and who is the big name in the sport.. ect ect etc and they don't look at whos in third unless it was one of the hyped names comming into the year... and if u didnt know reed beat rc strait up in 2003 6 rounds in a row... not that that matters now but he did beat him fare and square so he is beatable. and rc was most deffinitly not gettin away any where at anaheim tell reed fell.reed just dont seem as mad anymore bout second i say marraige has ruined the man he used to say stuff like "im pissed i don't come to these races to lose" and now its all o i i had fun blah blah blah.. as far as mike goes he aint gonna win any race unless all those guys fall down. and that is just bull s!it that u would say to have rc, a lil crash or anything u should never! wish a crash upon another racer just because mike can't hang with the lead. its a new level now a days and he would have to stay here another 20 more years, to learn this new crazy riding they do then they would be 25 times faster by then. his days are over just like mc but mc knows it hes just riding for fun and for his fans. but saying o well if this guy and that guy crashed this would happen thats freakin terrible!. if and or buts isnt gonna help thats like me saying this "well if k dub wouldnt have crashed into mike mike wouldnt have even podiumed"and thats probably true k dub would have got third but probablly dont mean squat.. in this sport.

lol! holy crap! we definitely have got some strong opinions here! :)

I just like seeing good racing.  I don't try to evaluate that much, I think all of these guys are great and just about any of them could win if the conditions are right.  Let's hope this week's Anaheim event (which I will be attending :) ) will be a good race.  I hear MC is going to ride this one after all.  I love that!  I don't care what position he comes in, I just like seeing him out there. :)

Damn true. He is out there having fun, and riding. Doing what he loves. He doesn't go out for the win, he just goes out for the pure excitement and that's what is great about it. Seeing him have nice battles is pretty good to see aswell. I have and always will respect MC.
