ok i think this happened to hook sometime ago and its just happened to me,
my bookmarks all of them have just "GONE" one min there all there and the next they have just vanished.
im only just realising that theres most proberbly some sights that are gone for good now im like gobsmaked!!
anyhelp or anything lol would be cool.

What OS do you use? Did you switch profiles or have a problem logging in and get the default profile? On XP the bookmarks are in your profile under Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Here is the path to my bookmark.html file:
E:\Documents and Settings\sybaa2\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.2sq\bookmarks.html

im running win 2K and all ive done tonight was uninstalled messenger plus an addon for msn messenger, apart from that my evening was normal.... come here, play games... come here, play games lol
i think there may be some link to the unistallation of the messenger addon that goofed it.
im now sitting here with explorer open (yuk) and copying links over to mozilla hehehe
when i first installed mozilla it asked to copy all bookmarks across, cant seem to find that option now.
oh well back the the ctrl - c ctrl - v

Bookmarks-->Manage Bookmarks then File-->Import.
