Title: graphics card time
Post by: thormx985 on December 28, 2004, 10:34:00 PM
well i have decided to finnaly get a graphics card. now i want to know wich would be the best to buy for mcm2 to run nice and smooth but allso give it a very clear and crisp look like no more of those lil jagged edges on the rider or bike and scenery but make the rider bike the hole game look crisp. im willing to pay in the 100's for one and i am not planning on ordering it off the net, no credit card... so i will probably buy it at fries electronics wich is a huge comp store here off the freeway so gimme a idea of what to look for thanks guys
Dave.

Get a ATI9600XT Sould be around 150ish. you willl always get the jagged lines in mcm2. its how mcm2 was made. when i take my shots i take the at 1024 x 768 and reduce the size which blurs everything and makes it look crisp and clean. so iin game you cant changed the jagged look unless TD has a fix for it

You can force anti-aliasing, but that messes up the status text that's displayed.
