MOTO FORMAT:
6 people sign up = 2x10 lap motos
only top 4 advance to final moto
12 people sign up = 3x10 lap motos
top 8 advance to second moto
top 4 advance to final moto
18 people sign up = 3x10 lap motos
two lobbys will be used with 9 riders in each lobby
top 6 riders from each lobby advance to second moto
top 8 advance to final moto
24 people sign up = 3x10 lap motos
two lobbys will be used with 12 riders in each lobby
top 6 riders will advance to second motos
top 8 riders advance to final moto
