Photoshop & Leveller

Leveller.

It's well worth the $50 if you're serious about Reflex tracks, and if you want any kind of decent elevation whilst maintaining terrain detail, it's the only option.

I now use the mxs in game editor, its crazy powerful once you learn it. I find it easier to get the jump shapes and takeoff shape Excactly right (im very fussy). but it wont output  24 bit heightmaps like leveller,  its on par with photoshop (8 bit image)
poidog808 does great mxs tutorials.

What exactly was the problem?

I think you can activate the editor in the free demo

If you don't give us any info, we can't help you.  I just got the 4.1 update to Leveller yesterday, and eveything worked fine.  If you contact the creator, I'm sure he could also help you out.

Al167 really? I did not know that going to try it.
Jamie T i cant give you mich more info then this:

I downloaded a free demo of version 2.6 and i cant find any other demo versions. When i open the demo and click on; new heightmap 150 by 150 (thats the max size of the demo) and klick create it says; error unknown and shuts itself down.

If you know รก place where i can download an other demo version i can try that one and maybe that one wull work.

2.6... That must be a pretty old version!

I couldn't find any demos for the latest version, but if you shoot the guys an email, maybe they can help you out...
