Title: Computer Recommendations
Post by: gary664 on April 08, 2014, 11:10:13 PM
Hey guys.. i plan on getting a new computer soon and i wanna make sure the computer is able to run Reflex.  I know how to find game requirements but i really have no idea what most of that stuff means.  I would prefer an All-In-One HP, but im not sure if any of those models can run Reflex... Any one have any recommendations?

there not the best for gaming, is there any reason you want an all in one? most of them have Integrated Graphics which relies on the CPU to do the work for graphics which makes those machines bad for gaming. the ones with the Radeon graphics will run reflex fine, but im afraid it wont run newer games or future games that well.
Whats your budget? if your buying a new gaming pc, I believe you want it to play the games that come out in the future aswell for at least the next 4 years. something like this will play reflex and all current games on full settings. and still play any new game that comes out for the next four or so years very well! http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1411&products_id=27222 (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1411&products_id=27222)
I wouldn't spend much less than that. its better to save some more as a $500pc will just get you frustrated that you wasted your money.
post some links of pcs your looking at, and ill help you decide
cheers al

I want an All-in-one mainly because they seem cheaper and the computer will mainly be used for grad school.  I played Unleashed a lot, so i figured if i get a new computer might as well get one that can run Reflex as well.  My budget would be anything under $600.. I know its a low budget for a good computer but its all I can afford at the time.

Thanks for the Help, Al

that has onboard graphics too......  that's not a gaming pc at all. and wont run reflex. the cpu is real bad too.

heres a pc from the same shop.
It is literally 5x better than the one your looking at and will run reflex quite well for around the same price too. the only thing is you will need to buy a monitor if you don't have one or you could just use your tv (with HDMI input)
