so i finally got mcm2 going, and believe it or not its on a mac book pro!! lol. anyways i was wondering if any old mcm2 era had an old nat of mine called Desert Dust. i want it ... bad. also any of my 03 wsxgp remakes other than arnhem and sf... oh yeah and toxicity (sx). anyway... is there still any die hard old school mcm2 era out there still? helloooooo (echo echo)
-bryan
Hiya, Good to see ya back man!! I just checked my site, sadly no sign of Desert Dust. But I may still have it somewhere, I'm actually acquiring about 30 GB of trax as I post this. I do have a couple of your 03 WSXGP trax.
03GenevaSX.env = in game name: "2003 Geneva SX"
03WSXGPRd03.env = in game name "THQ Worls Sx GP Rd. 3: Anaheim, Ca"
Not sure if that last one is the arnhem you referred to. These will be going up on the site further down the because they're at the end of the alphabet. Want me to upload them so I can send you a working link? Also, I'm sure I have a lot more of your tracks since I really enjoyed track style. I can keep you posted as I make the pages for them if you want.
Take Care ... Thrash Hard!!
OK, put these tracks up on the server, of course help yourself to anything else want there too.
2003 World SX GP Geneva (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/supercross/supercross-0-9/2003-world-sx-gp-rd-1-geneva-switzerland)
2003 World SX GP Anaheim (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/supercross/supercross-0-9/2003-world-sx-gp-rd-3-anaheim-ca)
As soon as I find more of your work, I'll post it for you. Check out Voobly (http://www.voobly.com/) for some online racing if you get a chance too, you won't believe it until you see it.
awesome stuff man thanks a bunch!!! i haven't looked through yet but I'm sure ill find some other stuff i want lol. what are some names of tnargs tracks? and scum biker? i need to get some of my fav old classics. I've been downloading tracks from mcmv2 but I've pretty much gotten what i want from there n ready for more lol. I'm trying to finish up a nat i have called dingelberry forrest. i just installed leveler and opened it up for the first time in years... I'm a lil rusty but a lil wd40 should fix that right up...
its kind of weird working on a mac tho i must say... armadillo doesn't work in 3d mode on it, just work enough to load a map in and bundle it up n try in game, I'm goon have to work that out in order to finish anything... still haven't loaded 3dsmax3.1 either so well see how that goes.
thanks again
-bryan
I don't have enough of their tracks loaded on the site to put those creators in the "Quick Search" > "Legendary Track Makers" menu yet, but here's what's there so far.
For Tnarg
Intense (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-i/intense)
For Scum Racing
The Inquisition (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-t/the-inquisition)
I-90 Construction Season (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-i/i-90-construction-season)
A River (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-a/a-river)
My goal was to make any and all tracks real easy, and quick to find through a number of search methods. I expect that to remain true no matter how many thousands of tracks I get eventually get there. So, look around, and let me know if you run into any problems? Thanks man. Also, there's other creators out there still creating and releasing tracks to this day, and they're uploading to my site too. So when you're ready, I'd really like to have any of your new work (any of your old work too) on the site. Hope to race ya soon. Take Care ... Thrash Hard!!
did some trouble shooting, to armadillo up and running. everyones watching the oscars ill sneak off n work on that nat disp. just like the good ole days
and i checked out the site... seems pretty nice man!!! good layout and easy to use... i have a bunch of my old tracks, ill look hot to upload them...
oh yeah, garagedog, some other guys and i did a trail track colab... i forget what it was called but it was pretty bad. sorry i just don't know where any of these tracks are or even what they are called its been so long lol. u seem like you know your mcm2 stuff still to say the least.
thanks, bryan
I'll keep an eye out for your garage dog collaboration too, and this will take time, but I wouldn't be surprised if I find it. I still haven't scratched the surface of my personal collection for building the site, and someone just yesterday generously donated their 21.5 GB collection of tracks to me to put on the site. Glad to hear you're back in action on the track development too, I'm looking forward to it ... but take your time, nail the details, and enjoy the ride :) Thanks for the compliments on the site too, I'm glad you like it. Make yourself at home, browse, download, and comment all you want ... especially on your tracks - I'd love to get as many creator comments as possible. Oh, if you register you won't have to put up with that annoying re-captcha thing, and once I approve your first comment, all the rest of your posts automatically show up as soon as you make them. Take care, talk to ya soon.

break check is my buddy anthony. i still ride with him every other weekend. he used to race pro but now just rides for fun, still rips like a pro tho. I'm the one who got him into mcm2 back in the day lol.
bryan
Well in that case, I better take the track for a spin ... again (these are all tracks that I used to run way way back). It looks like what I would've run for hours on a ghost. If you want it, or want to share it with him, here's the link (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/supercross/supercross-t/thinkin-ahead).
I put this up on the site tonight. ;D Posting it to you as promised.

The track page for it is here (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/supercross/supercross-w/wasteland-ca). You are entirely welcome to post anything about it you want on that page, I'll put your comments in the "Creator's Comments".

Count me in! Let me know when you're ready? I'll make an FTP link for you. Or if you have another way to get the trax to me that's cool too. BTW, that harescramble looks fun too!

WhiteBoy, heads up, we've got great weather in Upstate NY, kind of rare, so I'm using it. I'll be pounding on these like I used to in the old days. That means 50 to 100 laps on each - but more if I feel like it ;). I'll give you a full report, but it might not be until Monday night. Thanks for sending them, I'm really looking forward to thrashin' on them. Also, let me know if you want to meet up on Voobly on these tracks, we can pound them racing each other. Different lines always come out under those condiftions.
al167, Great to meet ya! I hope you can get what you need for the conversions.
And finally, MCMFactory is back (http://www.mcmfactory.com/). They're domain got parked on Feb 28th, but it looks like they renewed. This is quite a relief since MCM2 sites seem to only be getting rarer. We need all the die-hards we can get!!
im goona shoot ya a newer copy of DF mcd.. i tiny tweak and i finally got the trees to work hella huge!! now its really a forrest lol.
Hiya WhiteBoy. Haven't heard from ya in a bit. Did ya make a baby? If so, Congratulations, and I hope everybody is doing well. I promised to let you know when I uploaded more of your tracks to my site. Here's two more that are now up there.

-bryan
how about this one.... trinity acres by tresonce or aus_tresonce was it? AMAZING national. also there was a track by "talus" it is a super cross, it might even be called talus super cross. he is the guy who taught me how to shape jumps in photoshop, him and twisted. i think he only made one sx but it was perfecty executed. all focus on jump shape, rideability and textures. no f#cks given to objects. just like trinity acres, two great tracks of mcm2.
-bryan
Wow... "Trinity Acres"... that name rings a bell! Wasn't this one of the first ever tracks to use multiple tiles? I remember it being a big deal when it was released... If its the one I'm thinking of, it was set in the forest, and had some huge gaps over rocky cliffs, and rivers. It was also a really long lap right?
I also remember Roncada making a track that was set on a golf course too... or atleast part of it... I thought it was a really imaginative idea, and he used the stock objects really well.
The amount of creativity was insane back in the mcm2 days... So many tracks released each week, it was hard to keep up and pick favourites... Keep posting old tracks guys, I'd love to see that Trinty Acres track again :)
thats the one jt... my all-time favorite. and roncadas gold course track saw hella cool too, i can't quite remember the name. his cast away track is so much fun too i just ran like 50 laps on it the other night. he had one other release around the same time as cast away, super fun but pretty technical track, can't remember the name maybe you could help, that was another one id like to get my grubby little hands on.
-bryan
Man, sorry it took so long to get back here. Here's the golf course track you guys are talking about:
And the link to download the track (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-e/every-riders-dream)
I believe I also have one of the betas for this track, remember how we were supposed to keep these secret?
If you want, you can download this one too (http://www.tronlocker.com/mcm2/mcm2-downloads/nationals/nationals-g/golf).
I'll hunt through my archives for Trinity, I know it's not on the site yet. I'll let you know when I find it. Also, I have a few more WhiteBoy tracks getting posted soon. All I can recall right now is their names begin with "M" or "N". More info once I get back to making track pages.
Thanks for this VRT_McD!
And a beta version... wow, cant wait to check this out :)
Big Thumbs Up! :D
nice I'm about to go burn laps on this track.!!
