I have fixed the bug in the alpha texture converter as well as the problem with reading the SLTs caused by commas used for decimal points in some localisations of Windows. Anyone still creating models for MvA might find this useful:

Thanks to albertsx65 for helping me with the testing, there was a problem with the alpha channel texture conversion which has now been fixed. You can get the new version (v1.4.1) from the updated link above.
