This is something i have had lying around on my HD for a long while, since BMT2DXT had already been released i didn't release it at the time. Hope someone finds it useful:

MvATexConverter v1.0 (http://www.strawberrysoftware.net/download.php?file=mva/MvaTexConverter_v100.zip)

You're welcome, it's really just a test program i had laying around so it's not as polished as it might be ..
