with bruces "bikeswitcher" you can have 4stroke sounds on a 125 class bike to emulate a 250f
or do you mean a totally new bike sound?

I think I read in a post in the old forum that it was difficult to create new engine sound to mcm2... Although it would be cool, especially for the bike mods that deffinitly shouldn't sound like a dirt bike ;)

It would be nice, but for the stick dirtbikes, people seemd to like them as they are.

it is possible, and almost happened, but the support for it kinda fell off.

You just need to record some sounds.  If anyone has a set of sounds that meet the criteria. I would be more than happy to make it work in MCM 2.

To make sounds you basically need to record several sound files of the engine doing various things.  You also need multiple ones.

Here is the portion of the audio.ini that describes the 400 sound files.  You can see that the number of sound files for each type of sound is one of the keywords so we don't need as many different examples as the 400 has.  I believe that if you recorded a bike going up through the gears, you could get a lot of the sounds required.  Then you need to record some throttle blipping, idling, steady throttle, and some lugging sounds in different gears.

The tough part is getting good sounding sounds.
