ok im going to start making objects for my track and my track scale is at max and was wondering how big to make my objects, or a point in the right directions

Scale can be tough. Don't quote me on this (I've been wrong about it before)...but when I design objects I equate 1 max unit to 1 foot.

What Paul said, 1 max unit = 1 game unit = 1 foot.

ok one more question, im trying to make a stadium, so what size would i have to make the displacement in max to equal size 9 on mva editor scale

The same size as real life. Objects don't scale with the terrain grid scale.. I don't know how the editor scales relate to game scale, but if you open the TRN in UE2 it will tell you the equivalent Game grid scale (in feet) at the bottom of the Terrain tab..
