Title: whats wrong with my game?
Post by: brett_dirtbike on December 06, 2006, 09:30:45 PM
hey, im new on here and i just got MX vs. ATV.

i loaded the game without any hitches, i have the recomended ram and space, not sure about processor, but i loaded the video thing (directX) as it asked me to..

now, i went to start up the game and a window came up, then went away, then the god awful pop-up came on saying there was an error and the program needed to shut down..
same thing happened when i attempted to play the DEMO.

someone please help, its urgent!! i've been waiting far too long to play this game!!

Unfortunately this game only runs on systems with nvidea or ati video cards.  :(

That depends on your computer.  PCI-Express and AGP refer to the slot on the inside of your computer.  Usually computers have one style or the other or maybe neither but not usually both.  Find out what type of slot you have and get that card.  Newer computers generally use PCI-Express and slightly older ones use AGP.
