Title: No stock bikes or factory riders???
Post by: .secret on January 25, 2006, 07:29:26 AM
Hm.. im really confused / pissed.. i just got the game tonight and was playing it for a while when i decided to use one of the cheat codes to unlock everything so i could have nice gear and a nice bike too play online. Everything went well except i noticed there are no stock bikes (stock yamahas or suzukis like the ps2 version) infact, i also noticed there are no factory riders like the ps2 version (reed, stewart, mc, etc. etc.) so im REALLY REALLY dissapointed in this game ..

Just type in Stewart as the name that goes on your Jersey and pick a pro circuit Kawasaki.

Eventually we will be able to add new skins.

Bruce.

It's a money thing.  It was a lot cheaper for them to strip them out of the game than pay for the licensing.  Although I would have though that since they paid for them for the console version that it would cover the PC release as well.  I was kind of disapointed as well....but life goes on.

I agree, it only makes sense that they would have to pay for licensing once :-\ sigh

licensings a bitch. the new amatuer motocross movie "THE PROSPECTS" that i am editing is spending 15,000 dollars on songs alone.
