Title: Dillo2 Error on custom objects

My D2 is giving an error when placing custom objects...

Just as when I click to place it gives the error above but in D1 it seems to place them just fine.  :-\

What could be wrong? Using the latest D2 0.97.b...

i had a similar problem one time with one of Myth's objects. Turned out to be a broken SLT file. It's hard to know what is causing it without seeing the object. Have you used it before? Does the object show up in game when the D1 track is bundled? It's unlikely to be the cause but is the tex bigger than 256?

The textures don't seem to be bigger then 256x256, the SLT's should be good since I tried multiple ones, from myself and from others, 32bit skin and 24bit skins... I only tried bundling whit D1 once, it was an object whit 32bit skin (water object) but it didn't work...prolly because D1 can't bundle 32bit TGA files if I remember right... know what going into D1 now to try it out whit another object...

First of, D1 doesnt seem to get the mapping coordinates...

Well I tried an half pipe I downloaded to try it, and it wasn't there ingame... I'm not sure about this but I first saved it in armadillo, minimized, ran APM, then got back in armadillo and bundled...thats the right way, isnt it? (been out of track creating for I dunno between 6 or 12 months :| )

hmm, so it does it with all custom objects and both tex resolutions 16/32bit. Having problems with D1 as well tho makes it sound like maybe there is something wrong with your setup, or you picked a bad bunch of objects to test with. Maybe it's track related, have you tried using a different track to place the objects in.

i haven't used custom objs in D1 for a long time either so i can't help you there, but it sounds good to me..

Created a new project...just a nat + spline nuthing else tho...but that can't be the problem right, cause it still crashes D2 when I place custom objects :S

DAMN still wont work... isn't there anyone who had this befor...

When will the next D2 come out...mebbe it will work? Probably not but worth a shot...  :-\

Well the objects I tried you can find at mcmfactory, and I think a ramp pack from Extreme...all don't work, so I'm 100% sure its them... BTW In D1 it does places the objects but they look all weird...screenshot:
