1. Why do you have a valid xhtml 1.0 link in the footer when it isn't even close to be so?
2. Why do you have a valid css link in the footer when it isn't even close to be so?

Just wondering, thats all.

Those are added by the standard SMF template.  I can only assume that pure SMF passes the tests.  The TD stuff was added to the templates and the TD banner/menu doesn't pass the tests. 

Ultimately it will nice to clean them up but we haven't taken the time to do it.
