could somebody make a large stunt track(doesn't have to be STUNT,just to be played as a freestyle stunt quarry)with a "big city" theme (streets,trafic,buildings)?

You can ride it as nat or tag map. It has no traffic but alot of buildings and its fun to discover everything.
