Shouldn't be more illegal than converting it to mcm2, right?
Anyways I got both MXU games and a the knowledge and possibility to transfer files and stuff from the computer to my xbox. So if you need any help I'd be more than happy to try stuff. :D

it's not illegal, as long as you have the original you can do what you want with it...

Im sure it will be ok after all your only converting them its not like your going to rip every single file out of the mcm 2 track and spend hours converting all the files to work on a Xbox or anything mad like that r u lol
Just give credit to the creator u don’t even have to ask if its ok then
But this is only what iv been told so ull have to make your own mined up but I hope u get it to work
good luck

You can't just build the ENV file into an MXU RES file because all the track files are different in MXU. You will need a lot of tools to convert the MCM files to the MXU version.

Outside Rainbow there are no tools to do it, and we are not sponsored by Rainbow in any way, the only contact we have with Rainbow that i know of is through this forum and DIZ_no_rebase which every one has seen and is no secret. Everything we have done with MCM2 we have done with no help from Rainbow except what they made available to everyone.

If you want tools to do this then you are going to have to write them yourself or ask Rainbow nicely to make a track editor. If you choose to write your own then you will also need to spend months going through the files to work out every detail of the MXU and MCM2 file structures so you can do the conversion. I don't want to put you off but it really is a big job.
